Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If you require delivery outside mainland UK or to an offshore location, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide a delivery quotation where possible.

How We Ship Your Order

Approximately 98% of our products are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers. This allows us to offer a wide range of workwear, PPE, safety footwear, outdoor clothing and casual clothing while keeping delivery times as efficient as possible.

Where items are dispatched directly by Hymac-Direct, we normally use Royal Mail for deliveries. Larger or heavier items may be sent using an alternative courier where appropriate.

Processing Your Order

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received.

Where possible, all items are checked for obvious damage or defects before they are dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates between 2 to 5 days and may vary depending on product availability and supplier processing times.

If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, which may include:

  • Waiting for new stock to arrive.
  • Choosing a suitable alternative product.
  • Receiving a full refund for the unavailable item.

We will never substitute an item without your agreement.

Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Supplier processing delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action

Hymac-Direct cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery companies or events beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs of the parcel and damaged goods where applicable.

We will work with the supplier or courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly stated on our website and may be subject to minimum order values or other conditions.
