At Hymac-Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original labels and tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Be suitable for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if returned items are not in a resaleable condition.
Clothing, Footwear & PPE
Workwear, casual clothing and safety footwear may be returned provided they have not been worn (other than trying them on indoors), damaged or altered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain PPE products (such as disposable or sealed items) cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Incorrect Size or Colour
If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or style, you may return the item provided it meets the return conditions above.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products are checked for obvious damage or defects before dispatch wherever possible.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@hymac-direct.com or calling 0330 311 2031.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 working days.
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, refunds cover the purchase price of the item only. Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable.
Supplier-Dispatched Orders
Approximately 98% of our products are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers. If your order was shipped directly from one of our suppliers, we will advise you of the correct return procedure and return address where applicable. Please do not return supplier-dispatched items without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or exchange.
Lost Returns
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service when returning goods. Hymac-Direct cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit back to us.
Your Consumer Rights
This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
