Out Of Stock Items 

If an item is out of stock an alternative item of the same value or greater shall be sent or a refund of the value of that item purchased shall be given if no alternative.  

Returns

Our aim at Hymac-Direct is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the service and quality of our goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please follow the instructions for returning goods which are on the return slip included with your order. Please return the goods within 14 days to: Hymac-Direct 2, Brynderwen House , Ynysddu, Newport, Gwent NP11 7JP

We will refund the product purchase cost only ( i.e. less your original postage costs) applicable to all returns. Note, this includes the ordering of wrong size, style & colour preferences. The product only refund is based on the provison that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable condition at our full retail website price. Please allow up to 14 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. 

Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product.

Protecting your personal information

In order to process your Hymac-Direct order, we need to collect your name, address and email details.  We take your privacy very seriously and will therefore not share your information with any other companies or individuals. The information that you provide us will be protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

Protecting your credit/debit card details

We do not store any of your card details.  When you pay for a Hymac-Direct order by credit or debit card, you will be transferred automatically to PayPal, who process card payments for us via their websites.  We have chosen PayPal because of their excellent reputation for security.
