It involves a special type of heat transfer vinyl that expands and puffs up when heated. This results in a three-dimensional appearance, adding depth and dimension to the design. The process involves cutting the design out of the puff vinyl material, applying it to the fabric using a heat press, and then heating it to activate the puff effect.
